ABOUT ME!
I am a highly effective award-winning journalist, with experience across the entire spectrum of broadcast journalism, including anchoring, hosting, writing, producing, and reporting.

I have thousands of hours of live television under my belt. I love live interviews of all kinds - politicians, news makers, comedians, community leaders, top athletes and outstanding youth - getting them to talk about their stories and experiences. As a morning show host, I hope to leave viewers informed and smiling and laughing every day.
In the field, I have covered several major weather events over the years, including the historic Calgary floods of 2013. I was on the frontlines providing national coverage for the Fort McMurray flood of 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, the 2022 tornado in Cypress County, the wildfires in Wheatland County, Alta. in 2017 and devastating B.C. wildfires in both 2017 and 2021.

I am also proud of a number of journalism pieces I have done, including a feature on sextorion that aired on the national show 'The New Reality', a 3-story feature called 'Energy Exodus' that focused on the relationship between Alberta and Texas as it relates to the energy industry that aired on 'Global National', and an award-nominated piece about an indigenous Catholic priest with past family trauma from residential schools.

Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, I have a special love for the Rocky Mountains.
